Annual statements have been mailed. To avoid a late fee of $25 per month, payments must be received by June 30th (in accordance with the Deed Restrictions, paragraph 12). If you are unable to pay the statement balance, please contact the office at 903-451-4039 to set up payment arrangements and avoid monthly late fees.
