ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA
You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Election of the Members of the Cherokee Shores Owners Association (“Association”) scheduled for 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 7110 Aztec Dr., Mabank, TX 75156
The agenda for the Annual Meeting will be as follows:
- Call to Order at 9 a.m.
- Introduction
- Annual Election and Vote.
- Announce Results of Election.
- Adjournment

Voting Information and Instructions
There will be three methods of voting used in the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting/Election: (1) absentee ballot voting; (2) in person absentee voting; and (3) in person voting. Please cast your vote by one of these three methods. If you choose to vote by Absentee Ballot, please return the enclosed completed and signed Absentee Ballot to us in the following methods:
1) If mailing the Absentee Ballot SIGN and return the ballot by placing it in the identifying envelope. Fill in the information on the ballot identifying your property and sign the ballot. Then place the ballot in the return envelope addressed to Cherokee Shores Owners Association. Add postage and mail immediately to PO Box 1126, Mabank, TX 75156 so that it is physically received on or before 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2025 or
2) In person: Early voting will be available Thursday, August 14th, and Friday, August 15th, during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Association office located at 7110 Aztec Dr., Mabank, 75156, or
3) Email the Absentee Ballot to Cherokee Shores Owners Association at [email protected] so that it is physically received on or before 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2025. If emailing your ballot, we MUST have your email address on file in order to count your ballot.
You must sign this ballot for the ballot to be valid. You cannot assign your right to a third party. Please also date, print your name, and include your section(s)/lot(s) in Cherokee Shores Subdivision. If you do not include all requested information and the Association cannot determine the name on this ballot or determine the property address in Cherokee Shores Subdivision, this ballot will not be counted.
