Dear Cherokee Shores Owners,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of a temporary change in our permit signing process. From November 8th to November 18th, we will not be able to sign permits due to our signature officer being out of town. Please be aware that during this period, no permits will be processed.
The signature officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that all permits are properly reviewed and signed before they are issued. In their absence, we must temporarily suspend the permit signing process to maintain the integrity and accuracy of our procedures.
We understand that this may cause inconvenience for some of our members, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause. We will make every effort to process permits promptly once the signature officer returns, and normal permit signing operations will resume on November 19th.
If you have any urgent matters requiring a permit during this period, please plan accordingly and consider the temporary suspension of the permit signing process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this brief interruption.
For any questions or concerns related to permits or the permit signing process, please do not hesitate to contact our office at [contact information]. Our team will be happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have.
We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to provide the best possible service to our community. We look forward to resuming normal permit signing operations on November 19th.
Sincerely,
Cherokee Shores Owners Association
