Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly meeting of the Cherokee Shores Owners Association will be held on Saturday, July 13th. The Board of Directors meeting will start at 9:00 AM, followed by the General meeting at 10:00 AM.
The Board of Directors meeting will commence with a call to order, followed by the review and acceptance of the minutes from the meetings held on March 9th, April 13th, April 20th (Special Meeting), May 11th, June 8th, and June 22nd (Special Meeting). The voting packet will also be reviewed and accepted. A community member has requested to address the board, and there will be a discussion by the ARC regarding a doublewide brought in without a permit on Sunday, June 30th, 2024. The sanitation topic will include information about the TRWD Trash Bash for Cedar Creek Lake scheduled for September 28th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Parks and Pool matters will involve reviewing and discussing bids for boat docks and retaining wall repairs. The Roads section will include a motion and discussion for equipment purchase. Special Projects and Financials will be addressed, including reviewing and discussing bids for security camera installation and accepting the July Financial report. The meeting will then be adjourned.

The sanitation topic will again include the TRWD Trash Bash for Cedar Creek Lake on September 28th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Parks and Pool, Roads, and Special Projects will be discussed, including a discussion on the Texas Water Utilities proposed rate increase and the formation of a committee. Financials will be reviewed, and community members will have the opportunity to be heard before the meeting is adjourned.
